#thanksgod: Denpasar patient’s results come back negative for MERS

Phew, we can finally breathe after holding our breath since last week. Sources are reporting good news about the patient suspected of having the infamous Middle East Respiratory Syndrome Corona Virus, alias MERS.

The 70-year-old patient is in the clear: tests came back negative for MERS and reports are saying it was just a bout of pneumonia. Imagine getting that news if you were her.

She was in the intensive care isolation unit at Sanglah Hospital, Denpasar since returning from haj and coming back with suspicious MERS-like symptoms. She had allegedly been in isolation for four days, as shown by Liputan 6. She’s now been moved into another room until fully recovered.
