Everyone take cover, the schoolies are here!
It’s that time of year again when herds of rambunctious young Aussies head to Bali to celebrate after they finish their high school exams for “schoolies week.”
It wouldn’t be schoolies week without some drunken brawling in Kuta, now would it?
Now that the week has set forth, footage has been going around on social media of a guy wearing some ill-fitting underpants, trying to rough up people in the streets, as he looks to brawl with passersby. He looks a bit old to be a schoolie, but could easily be a “toolie”, an Aussie trying to relive the golden days of his youth (such behavior with the older folk usally comes with the onset of the party week).
The brawling broke out in the Kuta tourist party strip, according to 9 News. But it hasn’t been confirmed whether or not people involved were arrested by police.
Meanwhile in Oz, however, police have reportedly already made a total of 39 arrests in Queensland, Australia, after the party week just kicked off yesterday on the Gold Coast.
