Corpse found rotting in Jembrana shack

Residents of Banjar Yeh Kuning, Pangyangan Village in Jembrana were shocked when they discovered the body of an elderly woman rotting away in a shack.

Tribun Bali identified the woman as Ni Made Jasna, 73. The deceased was found on Monday because of the stench coming from the shack. Upon discovery, the body was maggot-infested. However, reports have yet to mention the cause of death or how long she was dead in the shack.

Jasna’s body was later picked up by her son and other family to be taken home to Banjar Suastika of Pangyangan Village.
