Schoolies teen in Bali falls down Skygarden stairs, winds up with broken leg and shattered teeth

It seems with every turn, there is a schoolie—or at least someone associated with schoolies—getting into some kind of trouble in Bali.

2016 has earned infamy for being a tough year, and darn has it been a hard one for Australian school leavers looking to party in Bali.

The latest catastrophe befalling a schoolie in Bali has yet again happened at Kuta nightclub Skygarden.

A teen reportedly fell down a flight of stairs from the fourth to third floor at the club on Tuesday night, landing himself in the hospital after suffering from a broken leg and shattered teeth.

The 17-year-old was sent to Siloam Hospital for treatment, according to reports on Wednesday.

The teen was “goofing around” before the big tumble, which is apparent from CCTV footage, says Kuta Police Chief Comr. Wayan Sumara.

“(He was) holding on to stairway rail, swinging his body and then he was thrown. He fell to the third floor face-down. His face hit the floor,” AAP quoted Sumara as saying.

“He was unconscious (initially) and had a wound to his left knee and his chin was bleeding.”

Skygarden happens to be the same club where Perth teen Jamie Murphy was allegedly caught with some sketchy powder (which luckily for him, ended up testing negative for drugs).

It’s also the club that another Aussie teen was leaving before her iphone was snatched and she watched the thief face Indonesian-style street justice, as he got the sh*t kicked out of him.
