Ellis’ grisly murder allegedly cost AUD14,000

Police allege that the murder of Britishman Robert Kelvin Ellis cost his wife Noor AUD14,000. Sources report Noor Ellis gave her husband’s killers a down payment of Rp 50 million and then paid the rest upon the grisly murder’s completion.

Apparently five killers were involved in Ellis’ execution and only one of which has been caught so far: Adrianus Ngongo, known as Ariel. When arrested, Ariel was caught with his share of the cash on him, which was Rp 30 million, according to police.

During Ellis’ murder in his Sanur villa, the housemaids allegedly stayed outside keeping the house dog calm and later helped clean the crime scene and dispose of Ellis’ body. The body was later found in a grisly state, wrapped in plastic in a rice paddy ditch on Tuesday.

If charged with premeditated murder, which is likely, Ellis’ killers could get the death penalty, which is also a concern for some of Kerobokan‘s latest suspected killers in the Bali St. Regis “suitcase murder.”
