New witnesses to help reconstruct events of Bali policeman’s murder

A total of six new witnesses have reportedly come forward with information about the killing of Bali policeman Wayan Sudarsa

Australian Sara Connor and British boyfriend David Taylor have been accused of killing the Bali cop and were arrested as suspects on August 19.

Amongst the six new witnesses include people who were there when Connor and Taylor allegedly burned the clothes they had worn on the morning of Sudarsa’s death, according to police.

These witnesses will likely be returned to the scene for a full reconstruction of Sudarsa’s death.

“Our agenda is of course to prepare the dossier. We will do the reconstruction in the future and we will tell you about this,” Bali Police’s crime unit chief commissioner Reinhard Nainggolan said, as quoted by Australia’s 9 News

“We will see there how the suspects committed their acts.”

Hold on to your hats, because the reconstruction apparently isn’t scheduled until tomorrow.

“On Tuesday we will carry out the reconstruction, hopefully we can finish the investigation,” Denpasar Police Chief Hadi Purnomo told Tribun Bali on Saturday.
